Some organizations have been previously reluctant to implement Flexible Work Arrangements and enable their employees to work remotely. Now, as government officials have mandated limited people movement, organizations have been forced to flip their strategies and employees and managers are learning to how to work from home for the first time. How should managers approach this new normal? How should they rethink work? How do help employees juggle their commitments at home, along with learning a new technology, and keep productivity on track and customer demands met?
